At Aadavan.com, shipping charge varies with factors like location, nature of the product, the category of product, the weight of the product and the courier partner. The shipping charge will be added to the product cost or will be added to the payment page before completing the purchase.
We are committed to delivering the products on time and in good condition. Generally, our products are shipped/ processed within 2-3 days of the order and delivered in 4-7 working days from shipping. We ship our consignment through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped.
To retain the freshness of the products, we do not stock the products in bulk. Hence once the order is placed depending on its availability we would be shipping the product within 4-7 working days (Tamilnadu) and 3-10 working days for other states. We Ship all the weekdays (Monday to Friday). During Strike, Public holidays, and other natural disasters there could be a delay in delivery. The remote area may take extra days for delivery from the above-mentioned information.
Made to Order:
At Aadavan, most of the products are made to an order category. In that case shipping time will vary according to the product making. It will be intimated to you time to time after the order placement. Our support will be in touch with you throughout the order fulfillment.
Delay in Delivery
- We make our best efforts to deliver all the items on time. However, in some cases, it may take more than 7-10 working days to ship the product as most of the items listed on our website are unique or handmade items. Some of the products may have to be procured from other sellers.
- In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 10 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment.
- Most of the products listed here are Handmade; Make an order category, so some cases the material may not be available to make the order. Such cases the order get cancelled automatically by admin.
How do I track my order?
You can track the order online after the product is shipped. Once the product is shipped it will be intimated to you by email/ registered mobile number. If you are facing any problem in the tracking of order you can write to us support@Aadavan.com
Product damaged during delivery?
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuses to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or write to us support@Aadavan.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the order cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by
dropping a mail to email@example.com. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect
any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our
sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny
access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.Any cancellation of perishable eatables produce post out cut off time will entail a
cancellation charge of 50% of the cost of produce. Non Perishable groceries cancellations are fine. However no body is available for
delivery and there is no communication regarding the same, we will charge 100% of the produce cost.
Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price and product details, the same is not received, you may write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your order reference number.
Do you provide International delivery?
For now, we enabled delivery option only in PAN India. We will notify you the revised procedure, once we enable international delivery.
